We are a Comprehensive Primary Care facility offering a variety of services, including:
-Full Primary Care services for patients ages 7 and up
-Women’s Health
-Addiction Medicine
-Sports Physicals
-COVID-19 Testing & Vaccination
-Select IV therapy services for various health needs
If no appointments appear available online, please call the clinic directly to schedule.
-Do not book an appointment if you have Marketplace insurance.
-All new patients must complete the New Patient Packet within 48 hours of scheduling. (If the packet is not completed within this timeframe, your appointment will be canceled, and you will need to call the office to reschedule.)
