Honestly I’ve been trying to find a therapist for a minute and Anil was such a breath of fresh air. So emotionally attuned, smart, and had really insightful feedback. He’s really helped me overcome a lot of painful past traumas, negative stories I believed about myself, and helped me grow with tangible tools and thoughtful advice.
