I have not heard back from provider regarding the medicine order. I called them for three days after my appointment and they keep promising that they will get back to me but no one replies. I even emailed them with no response

Great visit, communication was good. Wait times were short. Answered all of my questions and they really cared for my needs and well being. I have found a new primary care provider. They also have many other services they offer aside from primary care.

I have started my treatments for laser hair removal and Melida has been incredible through out my sessions. As a person who gets really nervous with new experiences she does an awesome job with conversing with me and explaining things into detail and she is very patient with me in all my sessions. I will continue my sessions with her and even continue my consultations there for any further evaluations/treatments. Highly recommend !

Dr. Avila and her assistant were absolutely wonderful to speak with and to get me on the right track to recovery from a bad case of Sinusitis! I was getting anxious about establishing myself with a new doctor and Dr. Avila made it super easy to make a choice on my PCP! Highly recommend her for those who also have a hard time getting to a physical office like I did as she has a great setup with video appointments. I also just recommend her even if you can make it out to her office in the DFW area!

The Provider that saw me, Melida was amazing. I had many questions about my health and how I can improve it and she took the time to answer all of them. She is very knowledgeable, and her bedside manner was one of the best that I have experienced in my adult life. She also helped me choose which wellness injection is adequate for me and my lifestyle. If I could rate her higher than a 5 I most definitely would! Thank you, Melida, for all the greatness that you bring with your interest in the wellbeing of your patients. In a few shorts months of being her patient she turned my life around. I feel great, more energy, my diabetes is controlled, and my hypertension as well.
