We are in-network with Cigna Plus, Cigna Extend, and Delta Dental Premier, and we are happy to assist with processing all other major PPO dental insurance plans on an out-of-network basis. To help us reserve time and provide the best experience for every patient, please note that a $100 fee applies for cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment
In order to ensure the health of our patients, staff and community and in compliance with the guidelines and recommendations issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the American Dental Association (ADA) Midtown Dental Care will be postponing all elective and routine dental procedures until further notice. We will be constantly reviewing further developments regarding COVID-19 and further recommendations from government agencies.
In order to accommodate all (existing and new) patients and to prevent an overflow into our hospitals our office will remain open only for dental emergencies. Concentrating on emergency dental care will allow us to care for our emergency patients and alleviate the burden that dental emergencies would place on hospital emergency departments.

After an examination of my mouth, the dentist had her rude officer manager come in and tell me that my dental coverage doesn’t cover what I needed. The dentist then proceed to tell me that my insurance company doesn’t give her enough for what she charges even though she an ‘in-network’ dentist, then asked if I wanted to take out a dental payment plan. Totally shocking and unethical behavior and I reported her to my insurance company and filed a complaint.

Sarah, the dentist that assisted Doctor Jaskarana was so amazing knowledgeable and helpful, I’m grateful for her time in explaining the where what when how and why of taking care of my teeth to avoid trouble down the line. and Jason and Stephanie at the desk were so kind and helpful and I feel like I will be coming back always because they made it literally the best experience ever at a dentist office, how often can someone say that? 10/10 - Really great Office.
I hadn’t gone to the dentist in a long time due to Covid and went here for a first appointment. Turns out I had multiple cavities - oof!
Of course I felt bad, but the Doctor and Staff were very warm, caring and helpful in figuring out how to deal with the problem.
I was able to get the first set of fillings done later on the same day (smooth and painless) and immediately was given an appointment for the next week to finish things up. I’ll be all fixed up within 7 days from my initial appointment and I’m super happy about that.

Such a great office. I was super late and they were so gracious and kind.
They listened to all my complaints and even reviewed my other medical information. Jason was hilarious and personable, ramana maneuvered the apt to fit my schedule abaraham was very kind and Dr R was an absolute angel. Very knowledge and charismatic, loved my experience I really felt like they were willing to do anything to help me!

Came here for a pediatric appointment. I think the office staff is incredibly kind and nice. However, they are not suited for pediatric care, so I would not recommend for child dentistry. They don’t have smaller x ray pieces for the mouth so it was extremely uncomfortable for my 5 year old, where she cried. Also, it is not kid friendly - the usual type of things at a pediatric dentist office. There is a different kind of care given to young children such as explaining what to expect etc.
However the staff is soooo kind so I’m sure it’s an excellent choice for adults.

Dr. Randhawa is a wonderful dentist! She's been my regular dentist for almost two years and I'm very happy with the care I've received. She's attentive and genuinely interested in my oral health.
The office staff is very friendly, professional, and helpful. I love the fact that the front desk can correspond via text. Making an appointment convenient because of this method. Wait times are minimal at best and the rest of the dental staff is very competent.
Overall, Dr. Randhawa's office is highly recommended!!!

I was in the market for a dentist for a crown that kept falling off in NY because I had a bad experience with my previous one. I am so happy to say that I finally found a dentist that checks all of the boxes. Not only is the staff and Dr. Jaskaren helpful & energetic, they also have one of the most technologically advanced tools that I’ve seen used. Lastly, Jaskaren really works personally to provide the best service that she can, she goes the extra mile and you can tell she works hard to better serve each individual patient.

I made an appointment for consultation. But they said I made an appointment for cleaning and did the cleaning. I was not able to get all the answer I need for my concerns nor did they carefully explain my options. They ask me to do a deep clean in a later appointment. Only when I asked them, they sent me the treatment plan and the insurance coverage. And it is way pricing for extra things they try to do without explaining to me at the consultation. I think they just try to sell me more service.

Everyone in Dr. Randhawa's office is professional and cordial. The doctor herself goes out of her way to sure we're on the same page when discussing treatment, listens when I have concerns, and is technically proficient when it comes to the actual dental work. I've never left feeling uncomfortable or dreading my next visit, which is more than I can say about some dentists.

Would 10/10 recommend Dr. Randhawa: hands down is the best dentist I have ever been to, period, full stop. My last few dental experiences were somewhat traumatic, and so I went to Dr. Randhawa to have some of that shoddy dental work fixed - and since I haven't been to a dentist in a while, I was pretty sure I had a few new cavities to boot. She and her staff made me feel comfortable, listened attentively, and explained all the procedures simply and thoughtfully. The dental technician (Rosita?) is super personable and made me feel very comfortable. Billing through the front desk staff was super smooth. I will keep returning here; I actually want to stick to a regular cleaning schedule now!
You can really tell that Dr. Randhawa loves what she does and is incredibly knowledgeable, cares for her patients and wants to give the best care, and hires superb staff to help her do just that.
