Indisputably the best therapist I've ever worked with. Her sensible approach the the tools she provides to manage relationships will bring tremendous value to your life. She genuinely cares about her patients and she makes sure you arrive at your desired outcome.

Sammy is an excellent therapist that embodies the proverbial “needle in the haystack” in her field. Her insight, intelligence, and demeanor are very comforting, making her very easy to work with, which I believe, yields superior results in a shorter time period. She never made me feel uncomfortable, and within months I felt well enough to discontinue my therapy, feeling more confident about myself and the future than ever. I’ve tried other therapists but none displayed the same compassion or integrity as Sammy. She’s intelligent, thoughtful, obviously competent, and acutely focused on her client. She offers multiple ways to connect to a client, is flexible, and very discreet. I consider myself lucky to have found her, and I wouldn’t even consider seeing anybody else. If you have decided to, or are considering therapy, my recommendation to see Sammy Touma is not strong enough. I urge you to make an appointment to see Sammy. You won’t be disappointed. In fact, it could be life changing.

What I appreciate the most about our sessions is that it’s a judgment free zone, no matter what might be going on in my life at the moment or overwhelmed me, I felt I can talk about it and we slowly go from what the issue might be to learning about helpful techniques to overcome the overwhelming situations, no matter the nature. I never felt judged, always truly felt heard and validated by someone that understood what was going on and could give me very helpful and specific tools and step by step on how to get out of negative thinking patterns that was leading me down a very dark path. Thank you for truly helping me notice so many patterns as well as advising me and helping me seek other various medical professionals help I needed, although we probably still have some way to go, I think back at where we started now and you really helped come sooo far! Thank you!
