My experience was very pleasant for someone who does not enjoy going to the dentist. I was quite nervous as I knew my teeth were not great & I hasn’t been to the dentist for a few years. They made me feel very comfortable & not judged. The treatment plan I received was a pretty reasonable price.

Friendly staff and doctor. Didn’t feel judged. Clear communication. Very helpful and pleasant. Also, they offer some spa eye masks or a neck wrap. I chose the lavender eye mask to help with relaxation.

The exam was thorough, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. An added surprise was that they offered spa-like services, such as an eye mask, while my cleaning was being conducted. The receptionist was thorough and was able to answer any questions I had related to billing and services. At no point did the doctor or staff try to upsell me on any additional products or services during my visit, which I've experienced at other providers. I would highly recommend this practice to others.

Office was closed. Zocdoc forced me to still rank bedside manner, so take that part with a pinch of salt. As for the rest, I made a trip to the other side of town for no reason.

I was really nervous going to their appointment. I just didn’t know what to expect. When I walked in, I was put at ease right away. The office manager was so nice and took me through every step of getting checked in and the lobby was beautiful. The dental assistant was extremely attentive and checked if I was ok before every step. These two people were so crucial in making the appointment so positive. Dr Kroger was amazing and sat and spoke with before and after. We set up a plan together. Most importantly he didn’t judge me… (at least to my face) the fact that I haven’t been to the dentist since I was in elementary school for a multitude of reasons. My teeth/ gums are a mess. He could have been rude about if he wanted. He could have turned me away. But he didn’t. He was informative and expressed his concerns in a caring gentle voice. My take away was that I have urgent dental needs and he is willing to help. I am so happy to have him and his team be part of my path to getting healthy.

Dr. Kogan was attentive, communicative, and helpful. The office environment is a pleasant experience, and the staff are very friendly and kind. The warm neck wrap was lovely. A dentist visit normally doesn't pair well with the word 'pleasant.' But, my appointment experience was just that. Cecilia, the receptionist, gave me a warm welcome and explained what I should expect from the appointment.
Dr. Kogan was incredibly patient and friendly. He listened to my questions and gave me answers without any medical jargon, a sign of someone who truly mastered the craft.
I went in for a initial check-up that includes a general cleaning and x-ray. The whole procedure went very smoothly. (shout out to Gabriel and Chris!) From my experience, I am confident that my teeth are in good hands.

I made an appointment on a Saturday and contacted the receptionist to help me figure out my insurance coverage. She told me she wasn’t going to cancel my appointment until she got a hold of my insurance. The day of my appointment, I called the office to let them know I was running late because I couldn’t find parking. They told me they already canceled my appointment because my insurance never got back to them about my coverage. I was frustrated because I wasted my time driving all the way there to find out that they already cancelled my appointment. I never got any notification or call to let me know my appointment got cancelled because of my insurance. I even got a reminder for my appt the day before, so I thought it was still confirmed. When I spoke to the receptionist prior, she even told me the out of pocket cost if my insurance didn’t cover. Parking sucks. Poor communication. The hours suck.

Note they will charge you a "PPE" fee that is egregious. There was nothing special about their service.
The doctor found many issues in my mouth that I hadn't heard from any previous dentist and I just went 6 months ago. Suggesting a crown, 2 other fillings, a chipped tooth that needed fixing. He also pushed a mouth guard and Invisalign. After reading reviews, he apparently does this for many patients.
I prefer a dentist that has a more conservative approach. I will be getting a second opinion.

I didn't want to write a review until the end of my treatment just to be fair and to provide an accurate information. Now, as my Invisalign and implant of my front tooth are completed, I can say with full confidence, Dr. Kogan is a wonderful dentist. He improved the quality of my life to the point that I can now smile and be happy about my smile. I get complemented on my smile all the time and I can't stop recommending Dr. Kogan to everybody.

Hands down, the best dentist I have personally met. He is so thorough and educational. As person who works in healthcare, I truly believe educating patients is the best preventive care. Dr. Kogan is very competent and answered my questions with a lot of clear information and pictures. I always ask a lot of questions, I want to make sure that the treatment that I am getting is absolutely necessary. Dr. Kogan showed me my x-rays and handed me a mirror to show in my mouth what he saw, it made me feel much at ease and showed how transparent and honest he is. The work that he did on my teeth is impeccable, there was slight sensitivity in the beginning, after couple of days it went away and now my teeth feel wonderful.
You can tell everyone here loves what they do. The staff is welcoming and kind. I hate dentists but this place makes it a great experience. The whole environment is peaceful and relaxing - beautiful videos are playing on the screen in front of you while you are in the dental chair, relaxing music is playing in the background, soothing colors all around you. Everyone who is working on you is very friendly and respectful of your requests. I told them that I was cold during the treatment and they immediately covered me with a beautiful blanket - it got so nice and cozy that I actually fell asleep for the rest of my procedure. The yelp reviews were right, this s the best dental experience in town. My husband also went here and was blown away at the care he received as well.

Dr Kogan is the best dentist I've ever met. All the work that he did on my teeth was great, my teeth never felt better. Unfortunately I had to move out of the area due to work. I'm still contemplating if I should fly back to see him for my dental work.

X-Ray procedure was painful. The film strips they put into the mouth were bruising my insides. It's because they use a Bitewing X-Ray instead of a more modern Panoramic X-Ray. One of the Bitewing X-Rays machines actually broke down during my procedure.
