Great first visit! Came for a dental cleaning based on solid zocdoc reviews, and will definitely be coming back for TMJ work, whitening and future cleanings.
The hygienist was wonderful and so thorough! I learned a lot of useful tips on avoiding high acidity foods and abrasive toothpastes to mitigate further enamel loss - caused by grinding and clenching of teeth.
Dr Chui spent the time evaluating the damage to my teeth, and digging into potential root causes. My experience with other dentists has been treating symptoms thru night guard, varnish, etc, so it was refreshing to have Dr Chui take a holistic approach.
Receptionist was very helpful with scheduling, getting paperwork filled out (digital on the phone thankfully), and getting scans from prior dentist . Thanks again!

The office staff, hygienist and doctor were top notch. They were real and reasonable. The doctor stated his goal is to only see his patients twice a year for cleanings. They are not trying to upsell. Wish I had found this office sooner. Would recommend 10/10

Made an appointment easily at short notice and they sent me all the forms digitally before hand. Good usability on the forms. Office was conveniently located next to Bart/muni. Very friendly and helpful staff, overall wonderful experience.

I truly enjoyed my experience with Dr. Chris Chui. He was friendly, professional, listened, and answered all of my questions. The staff was also really friendly and attentive. The office space is really nice and easy to get to. They have pretty high-tech machines that help the patient see clear images of the teeth and other machines that help the procedures be safe and faster.
I highly recommend this practice in general.

Best dentist I recall having seen! Gave me quite a bit of time looking through my X-Rays together and explaining what was going on, and really helped me understand my teeth and mouth better. Feels like so often doctors are just focused on the task at hand, but Dr. Chui seemed to care about me and my long-term health. Seems like their office space was new as well, and it was very clean and modern. Will definitely be returning!

From start to finish, the experience at Dr. Chui's office was beyond phenomenal. The staff was so kind and friendly. All COVID safety measures were taken. Dr. Chui took the time to get to know me, my concerns, and to educate me on what I can do for great dental health. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now thanks to to the amazing service from everyone at this office.

Dr. Chui was amazing. I had a cap come off and he fixed it immediately (and properly) and also checked the rest of my teeth as well. I'm generally terrified of visiting the dentist but Dr. Chui and his entire team/staff were very kind and professional. Also during COVID, the place was well sanitized and I can tell he spent extra and went above and beyond to keep his patients safe. This is the second time I visited him and I think I will be staying as his patient as long as I can :)

The majority of the staff were very friendly and courteous. Dr. Chui himself was very informative about my dental health and my options for things to consider. I will say that the time to see me was a bit long, but I think that may have had more to do with Zocdoc scheduling issues than the office itself.

I love Dr.Chui! This appointment was great except that i was sitting on the dentist chair for 1.5hrs before being seen. Im not sure why doctors double book like this but it was very frustrating. I wouldnt say this should stop others from booking with Dr.Chui since hes so great. Maybe directly call the office to make sure you wont be double booked?

The office staff really messed up syncing their Zoc Doc alerts with their regular appointment system. I had to wait over an hour to get my appointment which was extremely frustrating. Zoc doc needs to figure things out better!
However, the actual dental hygienist was very apologetic, a consummate professional and very helpful during my cleaning. I felt good about the service I received from Dr. Chui and his dental team.
