I came to Dr. Wong after a bad experience with my last Otometriust where I was rushed in and rushed out and left with ill-suited glasses. Dr. Wong took the time to answer all my questions and set me up with specific prescriptions for my line of work. She is very kind and very skilled. Two thumbs up.

Dr. Nyugen is super professional and efficient. The office is clean and organized and I was seen right away. This might have one of the most efficient eye appointments I've been to. Highly recommend and will be returning again.

The doctor was patient with me as my husband translated everything for me to understand. She was kind and very helpful

Doctor was fine. The staff member for retail was horrible. After I got my prescription I paid the full amount to get my glasses. They said it was going to be a week. After a week they never called I had to go there and they said it was going to arrive on Wednesday. Today is Friday and I haven’t got a call or text. I called today to check on my glasses and the front lady ( same as before ) was rude and hang up on me. When I say rude didn’t even bother to asked for my name or my order just straight up said call later and hang up on me.
