Prior to the appointment, the staff was very friendly and professional over the phone and from all the staff were efficient, professional and friendly. The doctor was very thorough and explained everything, answered questions and provided next steps. There is a reason why he has so many great reviews on Zocdoc and this was the first time we used his reviews in the selection of a doctor. Even if we have closer options and we are willing to drive out to see him. Would highly recommend!

Dr Jiang was great. He listened to my concerns and then explained in terms I could understand. I was seen on time. My concerns are being investigated, rather than ignored as you see in some offices. The staff was also friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend Dr Jiang and his staff.

I was able to book a last minute appt with Dr. Jiang given the circumstance that most doctors are only available months from now, and I was having some serious pain with my eye so I needed to see a doctor right away.
Dr. Jiang is patient, knowledgeable and very friendly. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. And appointments are on time which I appreciate a lot. It was a great experience and absolutely a five star clinic.

Everything went smoothly. I was never left waiting. I was nervous because I was experiencing something I hadn’t had before. Dr. Jiang was really the best. His description of what was going on was thorough and the explanation was easy to understand. He will be my family’s Ophthalmologist. I am happy to have found him and his staff.
