Terrific experience. Dr Saveedra is knowledgeable and professional and I would feel comfortable sending my whole family here. I feel like I have finally found a home office for me to get my annual vision checkup and will definitely be back.

Went for regular eye exam and was given a prescription for a contact lens which wasn’t made my the manufacturer. I realized this when I tried to buy contacts and they simply didn’t exist.
I called to get this corrected. Nancy (the practice manager) was very reasonable, apologized, said there was “human error” and gave me an updated prescription.
I try to buy contacts again and learn that the second contact lens prescription also didn’t exist! Apparently they hadn’t even checked, shocking given the first mistake!
I called back to ask for help, they were VERY hard to get a response from. When I finally did get a response, they were rude and refused to answer questions. I still don’t have any resolution and don’t have any faith that they will be able to provide quality eyecare.
Very concerned about sloppy care, lack of due diligence, and poor customer service. Highly advise you look elsewhere for your eye care needs.

There was hardly any wait time during my first visit. The assistant who helped me with some initial tests was friendly and gave clear instructions. The clinic has some high tech machines I’ve not seen in my previous optometrist. The staff also clearly explained fees that are outside my insurance coverage such as the alternative to the old dilation exam. (Yeay, I can drive home right away!). As for Dr. Wu, she has such a calm and warm demeanour and the examination did not feel rushed. I’m glad to have found Dr. Wu as my new eye doctor. I’m bringing the whole family over to her care.

I really enjoyed my eye appointment. Everyone was friendly and genuinely seemed happy to see and meet me. I was helped right away and received clear instructions on how to use my contacts.
The staff took the time to explain the different contact lens options available and recommended lenses for me to try before placing an order. I appreciated having the opportunity to test them first to make sure they were the right fit.
Overall, the experience was easy, enjoyable, and stress-free. It was one of the best experiences I have had getting my eyes examined and my prescription filled. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent eye care and outstanding customer service.

Dr. Nguyen was the best vision doctor I’ve seen :) She made me feel super comfortable, made jokes during the appointment to keep things light, and answered all of my questions thoughtfully. She also wore a face mask, which always makes me feel more welcomed as someone who is immunocompromised.

Dr. Nguyen was truly a delight. I'm a fairly curious patient and she took time to answer all my questions, explain her processes/thinking behind her assessments, and even ask if I had any more questions at the end. Her explanations were quick but thorough and easy to follow - the way someone explains something when they really know what they're talking about.
I also had a wonderfully transparent conversation about pricing with one of the office staff who helped take some initial images for my exam. They can now take pictures of your eyes with a machine instead of needing to dilate them; unfortunately, while insurance will usually cover dilation they will only give a discount on the photo tech. The test is still quite affordable, and they note the option in your paperwork, but not everyone reads that, so I really appreciate them making a point to discuss it well ahead of time.
I honestly don't understand how this office even has availability - they're so good. Thanks team!

I told my doc that my optometrist appointments are my favorite appointments (which is through). This was the best optometrist i've ever seen, she was through and explained everything. I have never been educated by an optometrist as much as she educated me on my eyes. Shes the best, and also very sweet :)
