Went for regular eye exam and was given a prescription for a contact lens which wasn’t made my the manufacturer. I realized this when I tried to buy contacts and they simply didn’t exist. I called to get this corrected. Nancy (the practice manager) was very reasonable, apologized, said there was “human error” and gave me an updated prescription. I try to buy contacts again and learn that the second contact lens prescription also didn’t exist! Apparently they hadn’t even checked, shocking given the first mistake! I called back to ask for help, they were VERY hard to get a response from. When I finally did get a response, they were rude and refused to answer questions. I still don’t have any resolution and don’t have any faith that they will be able to provide quality eyecare. Very concerned about sloppy care, lack of due diligence, and poor customer service. Highly advise you look elsewhere for your eye care needs.

There was hardly any wait time during my first visit. The assistant who helped me with some initial tests was friendly and gave clear instructions. The clinic has some high tech machines I’ve not seen in my previous optometrist. The staff also clearly explained fees that are outside my insurance coverage such as the alternative to the old dilation exam. (Yeay, I can drive home right away!). As for Dr. Wu, she has such a calm and warm demeanour and the examination did not feel rushed. I’m glad to have found Dr. Wu as my new eye doctor. I’m bringing the whole family over to her care.
