Sandlin Therapy

Therapy doesn't have to be all negative. I give space to reflect on the strengths, wonderfulness, and wisdom of the people I work with. Problems are often exacerbated when cultural, family, and societal values no longer suit us. We can give ourselves permission to live the life we want, not the life others would have us live. When problems stand in protest, Narrative Therapy, along with some coping skills, can help loosen the grip problems have in our lives.
