I called him a couple times leading up to my appointment then at the time of my appointment left the voicemail. He called me back and said he didn't do the type of therapy appointment that I scheduled him for. He told me he didn't do same-day appointments and told me until he asked me if I scheduled my appointment with ZocDoc on the same day. I told him that I did not schedule my appointment on the same day and that it had been scheduled and he said "well I don't do EDMR therapy so maybe go to somebody else." Mind you he was fully aware that I've been waiting for over an hour. I'm assuming he returned my phone call from my voice message and answer the phone call was stating he didn't do the therapy in which I was registered for through Zocdoc.
He wasn't rude or irrational. He was just very short and very unprofessional. Considering I reached out in regard to a therapy appointment, you would think that he would have more respect in his performance when speaking to a patient. ?
