No matter where you are in your life’s journey, you can always benefit by joining forces with a third-party, unbiased mental health professional, who I represent. Within this counseling partnership, I will draw from my training, experience and reflections. My counseling practice aims to establish a therapeutic alliance from the moment we begin communicating. The thrust of my counseling theoretic approach is towards instilling hope and is centered on attainable objectives, as well as judiciously selecting evidence-based practices. The goal is to identify and adopt realistic treatment strategies that you will be able to reinforce in your real-time, out-of-session experiences that translate into opportunities for change. We will continue to follow up to facilitate treatment gains that are maintained long after counseling relationship has completed. But rest assured, you set the pace of your therapeutic change. My practice will create the environment, as well as work collaboratively with you in structuring the treatment and give way for you to pursue natural change opportunities at a pace that is determined by you.
