The Doctor was very nice, kind, empathetic, and warm. I was scared about my first appointment because I don’t like opening up to people regarding personal matters. She had a very warm and inviting tone which made me immediately feel at ease. She listened to me and reassured me that my feelings were valid. I would say that talking to her wasn’t like talking to a doctor, it was like talking to a really good friend with only good intentions to help you.

1. Got my appointment length wrong. Said i was booked for 30 mins and it was clearly an hour on my side
2. Rude about me being 10 minutes late even though the policy says “15 mins grace period” & i apologized profusely
