Paige takes her time to really listen to your concerns and addresses all of them. The staff was so nice and understanding.

Im grateful to be listened to and for my problems to be taken seriously.

Receptionist was very friendly, however made a mistake that caused me not to be seen at my appointment time despite DR looking for me. Another staff member was building something in the waiting room and had to let her know I was there. At the appointment when I asked if they had my medical records she said "Well yeah and I could look at them but they would take all day!" She was trying to be friendly and joked a lot but didnt end up hearing most of what I had to say. She asked what prior prescriptions I had taken, then forgot to prescribe one of them, after saying she was going to. Wasn't a major deal. I came in for a referral, which I got, but when the place I was referred to called the dr back they had to leave a voicemail and were never contacted back; I had to find out a week later by following up. I ended up self referring to a different establishment. Overall a very lighthearted practitioner but maybe a bit too much so, if patients are being joked with instead of listened to.
The staff is really nice! However, I felt like Dr. Paige didn't listen to me at all. She said the first appointment was a "meet and greet"... why am I still paying my copay for a meet and greet? I went in to discuss insuline issues and get lab orders to find out whats going on, but she talked about herself the whole time. I was barely given enough time to bring up all my concerns. When I was able to talk about some issues I was having, she dismissed them and talked about diet and exercise.... which was never the issue. Then she wrapped up the appointment with no care plan, no labs ordered, literally nothing was done. I was told by the receptionist that lab orders and a more thorough conversation would be done at the next appointment..... in 1 month! A whole month to even REQUEST the labs!?! Then... it would be another 3 months before we would go over the labs and talk about possible treatments! An absolute waste of my time and money!

The office was in chaos, with three people in reception and it still took several minutes for them to welcome me to the office. The radio was on loud and the voices of employees were in competition. There was no rug our fabric to absorb the noise. In addition, employees were walking around the are behind reception with laptops and bumping into one another. As i was trying to set a new appt one of the staff interupted the process to ask the receptionist to schedule something for him. At that point I declined the appt and left the office. I will not be going back.

The people were very professional but Zodoc has Dr. McGee's specialty wrong. Zodoc says she is a dermatologist, which I wanted. But she is in fact a General Practioner. So, the appt was somewhat of a waste of time. Dr. McGee is referring me to a dermatologist.
