Sara was wonderful! Her follow up, and getting me in last minute was appreciated. She had great presence and care in our session, and excited to continue working with her. She seemed different than my past therapists, a lot more solution oriented and I left with a new tools on day one that has been easy to use for my nervous system and stress.
