You have taken that first step in seeking help and that takes courage. I am glad you are here. I believe the therapeutic relationship is an alliance and essential in creating the foundation to set you up for success to achieve your goals. I am an LPC located in Lubbock. I am licensed to work in the state of Texas and provide telehealth services. I have experience working with individuals of a variety of ages including children, adolescents, and adults. I have experience working with trauma, abuse, suicidal ideation, self-harming behaviors, addiction, and personality disorders. I offer a warm environment for clients to feel safe opening up about their journey. My goal is to help individuals feel empowered and supported to work toward change.
