Sarah was such a good listener and I felt like she asked all the right questions. She made me feel safe within the first 15 minutes, which is huge for me. I was putting off therapy for months, although I had tried it before but was simply hesitant to talk about difficult things again. I just had my intake session, but so far, I like the themes we have identified and the conversation was flowing and didnt feel too invasive. It felt just right as far as therapist/patient relationship. There was a good balance of professionalism and friendliness (didnt feel too casual and friendly like past therapist have felt for me personally). I can tell we’re going to be able to actually get to the root of things and do great work together. Im excited and now looking forward to our next session.
