My daughter has an injury on her tongue and urgent care wanted us to follow up with the ENT. I book an appt with the next available doctor which was her, just to get to the appointment with my daughter who’s in excruciating pain, to be told she doesn’t see other doctors patients, even though they’re in the same practice. Extremely disappointed and annoyed for my daughter and the amount of pain she’s in. That’s extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of the patients. Now my daughter can’t get scene until next Monday , by a doctor she hasn’t scene in years and her injury won’t matter by then. So thanks for the waste of time and the disappointment for my 7 year old. Make sure you aren’t wasting your time before you schedule, especially if you have scene another doctor because you won’t be able to see another one.

My experience was A1! I came in with an ear issue and everyone treated me with so much care. From check-in at the front desk to the operating Dr.; service was amazing! I will be back continuously every 6 months for semi-yearly cleanings and follow ups! I was well taken care of and given step by step information considering my issue of what to do next!
