Dr.Floyd is absolutely amazing and even the physician that covers for her when absent Dr.Maxwell is incredible. There is prompt service and the staff is friendly. I even got quick help with getting my medications from my pharmacy when I ran into issues there. Overall this office provides a wonderful experience. I would absolutely recommend to family and friends.

My annual check up was fine. I was disappointed when I asked about hormone replacement because I am post menopause and gained alot of weight she didn't discuss it. I would have liked to know why it was not considered for me.

All of the staff was incredibly nice. Hardly any wait time and Dr. Maxwell is super educational and explains everything where you can understand. She’s super nice and would definitely recommend her!

NP Maxwell only cared about me becoming a regular patient of hers. She then advised me to go to urgent care. What she didn’t know was that I was interested in becoming a regular patient UNTIL I met the NP. I would have loved if she had shown more concern for my health than her workload. Yes, I came in as a new patient with a health concern but I was definitely looking for an African American PCP and to have a PCP and Gynecologist in one. I felt lucky.
