I found this dental office after moving nearby because of the convenient location, but the experience exceeded my expectations. I arrived early as a new patient and was greeted right away by the front desk, who already knew who I was. All the forms I completed online were accepted, my insurance went through smoothly, and I did not have to fill out any paperwork.
Dr. Schmidt personally walked me in, explained the appointment, and did my cleaning himself. He asked thoughtful questions about my dental history and genuinely seemed interested in getting to know me. It felt welcoming and personal, which is rare compared to larger offices.
Dr. Schmidt noticed signs of dental wear and asked if I had ever been diagnosed with bruxism or sleep apnea. He explained the connection and told me about an at home sleep study option, which I decided to move forward with.
The office is spacious, modern, and extremely clean, with easy access right off State Road 7. I highly recommend this place.
