I believe therapy is for everyone. There is much to be gained from having a safe person and place to explore your past traumas, current stressors, insecurities, triggers, relationships, and more. I treat anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I also have experience with eating disorders and substance use. Let me help improve your self esteem, self care, motivation, and heal attachment and inner child wounds. You will learn new coping tools and we will go at a pace that is comfortable for you. I will also challenge you and hold you accountable but we will work together within our therapeutic relationship.
I offer virtual and in person sessions. Please send an email for more scheduling options as this calendar is not always up to date. I look forward to working with you.
