I had such an amazing experience with this office today. I was able to make a same day, new patient, appointment for my well woman's exam. I was greeted when I walked through the doors and taken back quickly. The MA was so nice, she was easy to talk and she actively listened to my responses. All of that lead up to the most comfortable exam I have ever had with Dr. Malaki. His bed side manner is amazing. He was kind, gentle and educational. Dr Malaki, in my last two appointments, has been great. He truly listens and is very kind. I’m a very nervous, anxious person and his demeanor and awareness helps me feel less awkward. Dr. Malaki was so through and personable! He made sure I understood my treatment options before moving on to the next topic. I was nervous about seeing a male Dr. but he was far better than any female Dr. I've seen. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

This office is beyond unorganized. It took almost two weeks to get a call from a nurse with results from my blood work. When I did get a call, all I was told was "results are normal" with no further explanation. When I showed up for my first ultrasound I was told there was a miscommunication and that I would not be seen that day. It was a waste of my time and not worth the aggravation. I would not suggest this doctor or go back to this practice.

He did not shame me in any way, I felt that I could be honest and straight forward with him. He also asked permission to note certain things I'd say, and explained every step he was taking.
I've never had such a positive experience at an OBGYN. I will be returning.
