Horrible office, waited an hour and was told everyone is gone that nobody can do service for me. Told the schedule lady that I'm not available on certain day multiple times, she DOES NOT LISTEN. She also act as if you are a idiot and don't communicate what you need. All she want is to schedule you another appointment and waste your time doing nothing. Definitely DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Good experience, I had scheduled an appointment that day and was able to repair a broken tooth with a new crown. I did complain that the tip was too thin and sharp and it ended up chipping that same night, but I will likely schedule a follow up for it to be repaired, because they were so friendly and quick.

I liked the provider a lot (it wasn’t who I booked with on ZD though) and the office is very nice, however the office staff is very rude and coercive about getting additional treatments. The office was also adamant about charging me a fee even after admitting to me it was charged in error :(

I would not recommend. The whole experience felt predatory. Made an appointment for 2 days out. They called me to come in immediately because they said my problem was serious. When I got in they gave me like a million x-rays with outdated equipment. Then they gave me an aggressive cleaning. The dentist finally came in after an hour of me being there and didn’t comment on the actual issue until I brought it up. She didn’t poke or around or ask me any questions. After this they sat me down in front of the patient advocate and just tried to get me to pay for a procedure as soon as possible. When I said I wanted time to think about it they began to use scare tactics basically telling me if I didn’t handle it right now it would cost way more down the line. I understand Dentists are in the profession to make money but they didn’t even pretend their intentions were to help me. I do not recommend

Team was very thorough and explained everything to me. I feel good about my treatment plan because my doctor walked through everything with me and made accommodation where I needed them. I felt very apart of my plan and not just that i was told what I needed. IYKYK what that can sometimes feel like to just be told you need everything now then you can appreciate this simple but very necessary gesture. My cleaning was 10/10!! My teeth looked so good when I left the office. My hygienist gave me tips and suggestions to keep my smile nice talked through the pros and the cons of my current routine. I also appreciate the front office team discussing payment/insurance expectations for future procedures to help me stay informed and not be surprised with outrageous bills. This is an office that listens, they ask questions to better help inform and course correct. I appreciate that and will continue my care here. Highly recommend.

I went for a cleaning and this office was very pushy on certain non-emergency dental needs for my teeth. Instead of presenting me with all the information and letting me take my time to think about, they pushed me to make a decision and schedule a follow-up appointment which I did not appreciate and it felt very sales-y

Best dentist ever. I’ve had so many bad experiences, but this was just so much different. I felt like she really cared about me, which is so rare. She even noticed when I was having a panic attack and stopped to ask if I was okay and gave me a little break so I could calm myself down. Her staff is awesome. Joselyn helped me understand my benefits and put together a plan that word for me. She was so understanding and helped me make the best choices for me. And I can’t forget Theresa. The first dental hygienist the gave me a pain free cleaning. Even when I was a kid I felt like I was being tortured, but Theresa made it actually enjoyable. I’ve never left a dentist happy, but this time I did.

I was in and out in less than 30 min for an emergency appointment and got a comprehensive oral exam of what I needed to do to improve my oral health! Best Dentist ever! 10/10! Definitely recommend!

I would not recommend coming to East Erie Dental, I certainly will never be coming back. The entire office is outdated and not very clean, but the worst part of this was the experience were the people. When I got there I was pulled in a room to do about 20 x-rays with no explanation, introduction, nothing. I would have liked someone to welcome me in and explain what is going on considering I have never been here before.
Next, the hygienist came in and was extremely rude and crabby. Again, she did not introduce herself, talk to me, ask me any questions or explain anything that was going on. She proceeded to give me the most aggressive cleaning I've ever had and kept getting mad at me to move my head even though I was only moving because I kept saying what she was doing hurt. She didn't care and all and kept doing it.
The dentist wasn't as bad, she was just very strict which is fine. But, now that I look into it, I don't think I had the dentist I made an appointment with...

Cleaning was very thorough, exam was straight forward and efficient. I felt like they were attentive to my concerns/questions, and all staff members I interacted with went above and beyond! In particular, they were great communicators about cost, and explained my insurance provisions to me very well and methodically. Highly recommend!

The treatment part was great, the place was a bit old. The treatment room door did not exist and it was right by the hallway, hearing different patients exchange and the receptionists’ arguments was a bit annoying.
