She was a great listener and was very informative when we were talking. I felt I was truly able to connect with her and not only be heard, but I was able to express concerns in a more collaborative setting where the typical experience with other medical staff has been dismissive. She made me feel very comfortable in an uncomfortable situation and I could not recommend her more for that fact alone. Office staff were organized, friendly, and fun to talk with. Looking forward to seeing the team again in 3-months for check-in!
