I had a dental emergency away from home (Arizona). It was a great experience. Everyone was super nice. I got in right away and Dr. McCarty sent me to a great Endodontist who took care of the problem further. I would definitely recommend them. I will leave their number for my kids.

I went to Dr. McCarty with full confidence and she completely let me down. I had a very small chip on this inside of my front bottom tooth. She shaved it down to half its normal size and it’s also crooked. She said she had to due to my bite. However, my teeth have always been straight on the bottom and now they aren’t. I’ve ever had any dentist in my 40 years of life tell me I have anything wrong with my bite. She decided to polish several of my teeth without my permission and now my bottom teeth and my front top tooth are all different sizes. This was not a part of my treatment plan. I went to the dentist to feel more confident about my smile and to make my teeth healthy. I left their feeling worse than I ever have about my teeth. I would never recommend anybody to this practice or to Dr. McCarty specifically. I am now having to seek out a cosmetic Dentist to fix everything that she’s done to my teeth. Which I shouldn’t have to do. This has been absolutely devastating for me.

Went in for a broken tooth but I didn’t have insurance so I couldn’t even get x-rays. Still have the broken tooth. Won’t be going back until I get insurance or else it’ll be too much to fix.

My experience for a first time visit was great. The staff welcomed me and made me feel comfortable. The Dentist was nice and friendly and listened to me. I will definitely be returning. 10/10 experience

I found the practice to be money-oriented. The surcharge for credit card use was the first I ever encountered at a health care provider. I had to pay it because I had no advance notice of the surcharge and did not have the cash in my pocket.
The pre-exam question list was extensive and I would have preferred to have the opportunity to fill it out at home.
The practice cannot be accessed from the street address advertised by the practice (there is no curb cut or drive to the parking area in the rear). When, on my way out I mentioned this to the receptionist, she said "most people just take the street that runs past the back." I had figured out since there was no other way to get there. When I said I could not have known this on my first visit, I got a sour look.

Everyone in the office was so nice. They listened to everything I told them about what was going on and were patient with me during my x-rays, which ya girl struggles with. They also worked with me for the procedure I need done, since it turned into a more severe situation than I originally thought. I have a few appointments coming up and I normally dread the dentist but I’m not worried about coming back here.

I have a high level of anxiety while visiting a dental office. At Seaside Smiles, the most welcoming staff makes one feel right at home, and in turn calms the nerves and reduces the anxiety level. The dentist was amazing. He was quick and very efficient. Also, Dr. Singletary explained the procedure and let me know exactly what he was doing. The experience was pain-free and overall amazing. I actually enjoyed my trip to the dentist.
