Laureen is an amazing therapist. I've been seeing her for about 2 1/2 years now & she has made a huge positive impact in my life. She is professional, yet genuine & compassionate. She cares about her clients & wants to make a difference in their lives- and she does! Laureen is honest with her advice, is not swayed by manipulation or facades, & makes therapy an enjoyable experience with an added dash of humor/sarcasm. I trust and respect her immensely & I could not ask for a better therapist. Highly recommend!

I have been working with Laureen consistently for almost two years. She is extremely knowledgeable in her area and utilizes evidence-based practice to guide her treatment plans with patients, which puts me at ease, as I know I’m on the right path to addressing my mental health concerns. Myself and the people around me have noticed a dramatic change within our time together, including a reduction in the following symptoms: insomnia, sleep paralysis, debilitating flashbacks, and hypervigilance. Finding a therapist to click with has always been a difficult task for me, but I really clicked with Laureen almost immediately. She is really personable and compassionate about what she does. She really wants to get to know you and the difficulties you are facing, as well as coming up with strategies and solutions together that are both effective and realistic. She challenges me and holds me accountable, but realistically and in a non-judgmental way. Our sessions are always a safe place to unload my stresses.
