Seasons Therapy & Wellness

I am currently offering therapeutic services virtually to California, Kansas & Florida residents. It is my desire to be a resource of safety and hope in the lives of individuals as they navigate challenging 'seasons' in their life. I firmly believe my clients already have the keys within to improve their situation and simply need an outside perspective. My experience includes and is not limited to treating symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma; I have considerable training & experience working with survivors of sexual abuse/assault and love working with family and parents coping with their loved one's disclosure. I am also uniquely qualified, personally & professionally, to work with blended families at any point in their development.
