Booked with Zocdoc and showed up to a locked office. When I called the number on their sign the rude woman on phone said they don’t come in on Friday and don’t honor Zocdoc appointments.
I have been a patient for a few years. They do garbage work. I had to get a tooth pulled that Kelner did a root canal on. After she was done she said “that turned out good, they usually don’t.” OK

The staff was great. And our x-rays, cleanings and exams were well done and professional. However, my husband and I had back to back appointments at 11 and 11:30 and when we arrived at 10:45, there were 8 people in the waiting room at least 2 of them said aloud that they also had 11 am appointments. We didn't get called until 11:40 for our 11 am appointment and then I was called at 12 for my 11:30. The front desk person apologized several times for the delay, explaining that the first few patients of the day had been late, slowing down the entire day. (The office is only open from 9-2 on Saturdays.) While I completely understand that this happens, it was a bit frustrating and not the very best first impression of the office!
On top of this, we were asked to complete the paperwork I had submitted in advance via the doczoc website while booking my appointment online. I explained this and was told that their computer system was down. I reminded them that I had completed the paperwork about a month ago online and it should be saved accessible via zocdoc. Upon further checking, it was located. Again, just a little frustrating!
But once inside for the actual appointments, everything was positive and, as of now, my husband and I do plan to return to the office for ongoing care.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Kelner. She is a very professional dentist. Knows what she is talking about and is very kind to her patients. The office has this welcoming atmosphere. She answers any questions you have and heads you down the right path. Will see her in a few weeks and I am excited to go back to the dentist.

Looks like they live in the same building or her front desk personnel is doing her laundry in this office... While I was in the chair, dr. Kelner was looking for her tools in all drawers and was assisting another patient in the next room... My appointment was one of the first one and she was 10 minutes late. Will not go there again and would not recommend as this office didn't meet my criteria of standard dentist office.

Still had to fill out paperwork, could not pull up my files from their computer, but execellent work by staff, cleaning, x-rays and recommendations. Will go back for fillings.

I am a 42 year old African American male and I have had many experiences in the dentist chair. My experiences have all been relatively decent though I will say I'm no fan of the experience in general. That said, my recent visit with Dr. Kelner was the most uninformative, unwelcoming and most painful I've had to date.
I switched from my assigned primary dentist to Dr. Kelner because of the ZocDoc reviews that were so favorable for her (and because of the bad reviews for my assingned dentist). Her receptionist/assistant was decent to me though never did I feel especially welcomed, though that didn't bother me all that much. The first thing I noticed upon meeting Dr. Kelner was a look of disappointment. I won't try to establish why this might have been the case but it was completely apparent and discomforting. After telling her about a pain on the upper left side of my mouth she spent one (1) minute investigating my mouth to find nothing wrong. She then had her receptionist/assistant take upwards of 6 x-rays. And then there was the cleaning. I did not come for a cleaning I merely wanted to get a consultation, but a cleaning was offered so I gladly excepted thanking her for making time as she was tending to two other patients simultaneously with me going from room to room. She was most insensitive, carving away at my teeth like a carpenter to wood. As I squirmed in the chair in obvious agony her only conciliatory act was to say "I know, I know" as she continued to aggressively grind away at my mouth.
I will never go to her again and I would recommend that unless you really like pain and like to feel unimportant to stay away from this dentist.

The doctor did not introduce herself to me and the entire staff speaks another language, so they are always talking in front of you in another language and it is very uncomfortable.

The staff was very helpful I had a problem with my insurance and they were very eager to help. On the chair they were very concerned with my well being and making sure I was comfortable. Dr.Kelner is a great Dentist and her bed side manner is great. Going to start bringing my kids to her practice.

The cleaning was not so bad either- I remember getting a cleaning from a previous dentist, and I felt like I was being butchered!
