I work with my patients in a collaborative manner to clarify their goals, increase their productivity and enhance their sense of well being. I specialize on diagnosing and treating Attention Deficit Disorder, depression and anxiety disorders. In my office, I offer genetic testing to determine which medications are most likely to work for these conditions. In a team work approach, my clients and I look for the causes of poor motivation, "brain fog", insomnia, low energy or underachievement - be it due to chronic sadness, low self esteem, diffuse worry, or a short attention span. I consider creativity to be a major healthy driving force. I work with my clients to develop their unique signature strengths. We discover what holds them back in order for them to lead more satisfying personal lives and to excel, no matter what professional field they are in.

My third psychiatrist - one saw me for 5 minutes each time, the other was too intense...I'm done! he's awesome. highly recommend...
I have only had one session with Dr. Zimmerman, but he was very courteous and seemed very knowledgable about the specifics medicines and conditions relating to anxiety. I intend to see him regularly now as a therapist given this first appointment's outcome.
My initial visit was short due to a time crunch on my part, but I have already booked another appointment to see him again. In the short time I spoke with him, I found him to be really helpful and sympathetic to my needs. I look forward to our next more in depth appointment.
