I’ve seen this Dr. in the past and she was great. Went in for an annual today and the second I walked in the two receptionists looked at me almost in pure disdain lol. Expressed I had an appointment and they told me Dr. was not there and had no patients scheduled. I had a confirmed booking with completed forms, but was told they’ve never accepted online appointments. I was fully understanding, but the two receptionists seemed incredibly p’d off that I was even in their space. Dr.-
I’d recommend taking yourself off ZocDoc if you don’t accept online appointments!

I absolutely loved my doctor! She was sweet, answered all of my concerns and made me feel comfortable during an appointment that’s usually very uncomfortable (papsmear) 10/10 would suggest. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Loved my experience at this office and will be going back for all my obgyn needs.

On my chart I mentioned I was medicated for anxiety and depression and she said "But you are a beautiful young woman. So many people would want what you have." and gave me "homework" aka told me to look in my mirror every day for 10 days and tell myself I'm pretty? I have a lot of personal problems that will not be solved by that, one of them being a fear or pregnancy and a history of ovarian cancer which is part of why I came in looking for sterilization options. I was basically dismissed and sent home with birth control pills which I did say make me violently ill, but apparently I would need to be on them for nine months to a year before she would really suggest anything else. Avoid if you are child free and looking for someone who will listen to you and your concerns.

Dr. Hadadian was amazing. She was super sweet & very personable! I will definitely come back and would recommend her to anyone. My only "complaint" was that the room was not the cleanest. There was a small amount of dried up blood on the footstool and the paper liner for the exam table was a little dirty.

They saw me right on time and the doctor came in the room almost immediately. I was in and out in under 30 minutes for an annual exam. Doctor was nice.

Zocdoc told me my appointment was at 10:00 and the front desk said it was at 9:30 and I arrived at 9:55 =( That's not really great...
The visit itself however went pretty smoothly as I was very nervous. They all seemed kind and the doctor was very caring and listened to everything I had to say.

Very friendly Dr. Felt comfortable with her immediately. Front receptionist staff seemed a tad uncoordinated, but it may have been because their computer system was down.

Fine doctor but nothing about my visit was professional, mainly because of the support staff. There were old blood samples on the counter tops in my exam room. She gave me a prescription but didn't include a refill. The office was unresponsive then entire Friday day when I kept calling in to try to have them give me a refill. On the day of my appointment, the receptionist was arguing with me that they don't accept my insurance even though I called Cigna beforehand and I called Cigna a second time while I was in the room. Overall it was a very unpleasant visit because of the supporting staff. The doctor was nice and knowledgeable (although I'm still upset that she didn't include the refill - I had to see another doctor) but I won't be returning because of the overall experience.

I thought Dr. Hadadian and her nurses were wonderful. They only accept cash for the co-pay which I was unprepared for (and the front desk staff had to give me change from their own wallets) but the appointment was fantastic. She was thorough, made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. Very happy!

Don't waste your time. You leave messages to make appointments and no one calls you back. When you actually talk to someone the say they will call you and they dont. Very disappointed. The Doctor seemed nice

Although, I wasn't able to see the doctor because my insurance wasn't under the same network, the person at the front desk, Ilana...helped me tremendously..so, I was able to switch to their network, and because of their optimum professionalism I'm coming back.
