I have been a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for 29 years in a variety of settings. No matter what role I am in, I bring my compassion for the human spirit, my commitment to helping people, and my expertise to do my very best.
My experience includes therapy and medication management for persons with depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosis, and addictions. My goal is to empower people to begin making changes to make their lives healthier and more meaningful. My approach is through building a relationship of trust, challenging negative patterns of thinking and behavior and growing new ways to manage your life.
