Board-certified neuropsychiatrist Olga Segal, MD, and the team at Segal Neuropsychiatry in Mill Valley, California, New York, New Mexico, Florida treat psychiatric and neurological disorders utilizing a variety of modalities that allow for measurable and transformative outcomes. They offer advanced therapies, including FDA-approved transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS, in Mill Valley Office only!). Looked up on zocdoc with all the custom filters to find help with my panic attacks and medication control and said she was qualified as psychiatrist on app but never called me and waited 20 minutes when I got a email back finally saying I dont have a appointment anymore because the main provider of that place doesn’t work on medication control. When I could have got a call about this prior and not waste time out of my day this has to be the worst and most unprofessional place ive ever seen.

She didn’t show up for the appt. I never received a phone call. I found an email afterwards, stating that I would be seen by a different doctor in her practice. I don’t appreciate being handed to a different doc without my research and approval. As it turned out, even that didn’t happen. I called her office two times, saying that I was waiting, but I got no response. Nothing!!!! I waited 15 minutes and then gave up! How rude! I will never use her services again. Stars: 0

Dr. Segal's office network and colleagues did a fantastic job with my initial visit. Kate Graen, PA, was punctual, efficient, and knowledgeable. Makayla was also fantastic with quick responses to email and clearly communicated anything needed to make for a smooth appointment. It's a huge relief after weeks of trying to hunt down a psychiatrist to find Dr. Segal and her team.

Jaime was such a personable doctor who was actively listening to what I had to say. I had virtual appointments with Paul in Dr.Segal’s office. He was great- nice and relatable. However I had to cancel one appointment and after making multiple attempts to rebook an appointment and not hearing back I’ve decided to find another therapist.

The NP Kevin I saw was great! Very understanding and straightforward. Keep in mind the appointments on Zocdoc are not actually available, I scheduled one on here and didnt actually get seen for another 2 weeks so if you’re looking to be seen right away it probably won’t happen. I will say it was worth the wait, their staff is awesome!
