I could not be more disappointed in this experience. I feel this experience was borderline unethical as I put trust in this provider, shared intimate and incredibly fragile experiences and in the end she actually traumatized me more. She handled our situation so poorly even I don't think I'll ever go back to therapy. Let alone managed to somehow make my marriage worse. I would have been better off using Chatgpt. Please, work on managing highly sensitive situations with clarity, confidence and check your biases. This isn't about culture, this was about two human beings who should have been able to trust a professional to handle this situation professionally.
