My situation is similar to several patients listed below. I had scheduled a consultation for a deviated septum, and I was charged for "surgery" after being examined for less than 5 minutes. In that time, I was told that she could not determine anything just by looking in my nose with the scope, and that I'll need x-rays. I had NO IDEA that a majority of my consultation would not be covered based on the tool being used in the examination. Although Dr. Han was incredibly sweet and professional, I will not go back due to the hidden fees. It's unfortunate because I really felt comfortable with her, but the way the office "codes" the visits for insurance purposes just isn't worth it.
They did not even know I had an appointment waited an hour on a work day to get in because zoc doc was not synced with their system.

Dr. Han was very professional while being sweet and kind. She offered alternatives to try prior to scoping which I appreciated. The office manager and medical assistant were also very accommodating with my tardiness as I was trying to find parking. Then they offered me a discounted parking pass I could still use. Made me feel very welcome and more comfortable in a situation that I already felt bad for being late. Great attitudes!

dr was wonderful .. got me in asap and a very nice and helpful office staff.the actual patient rooms could use a good cleaning though i was slightly distracted by that ..that is something i can overlook for a great dr though .
I wasn't informed that having the Dr. look in my nose was considered "surgery" which complicated payment and insuance. Also, the forms I filled out via ZocDoc were not ready when I arrived, and I had to re-fill out the forms.
Dr. Han assured me that I would feel better right away and she was right! Thank you for making my visit so easy and stress free.
