Polina Shapiro is the ideal health care provider. She is kind and patient. I was a little hesitant to start acupuncture treatment but she made me feel right at home and I felt a million times better after just one treatment. I can’t suggest her to enough people. I find her treatment to be absolutely life changing.

I've been to several acupuncturist offices over the years and I must say Seitai is better than the rest by far. The office is very welcoming and always clean. Polina is absolutely the best. You can tell she actually cares about the people she treats. She has been easy to contact and very flexible with scheduling.
Before coming here I never understood what a difference acupuncture can actually make, and all the different areas it can help.

I came in not being able to walk with pain in the right knee after a few sessions I was feeling tremendously better and whenever I get recurring issues I can come in and get a session so that I'm fine again. When I broke my arm she helped it heal quickly and I was able to avoid surgery. She's also helped my with my hammer toe pain. I was able to go on a 10 mile walk yesterday with no pain and I could never do that before. She has helped me tremendously and I would definitely recommend Polina. I feel better overall and she's helped me not only physically but my mental health as well. I feel calmer and more grounded.
