Dr Alejandro is not present in this location, but there is a other doctor and wait times are longer . Overall good experience . They don't have my chart so records are electronically maintained but not in my chart

Agendé con Dr. Alejandro y nunca estuvo , ni tampoco llegó. Esperé más de una hora para ser atendido y si bien, la atención de la dra. que estaba de turno fue efectiva, uno espera que sea atendido por quien solicitó hora en la app Zodoc.

I waited a long time (I was the only patient there) before being told that the doctors were all on lunch break...so why did I have an appt for 2pm when I had to wait 45min for the doctors to come back from lunch? The doc didn’t have much to say about my rash...prescribed a 5 day treatment that didn’t help at all. Would not recommend

Firstly, there were only 3 patients before me, but I somehow ended up waiting 2 1/2 hours to get seen when I had an appointment. I think that is outrageous .
