Every staff member that I came in contact with at this office was pleasant, friendly and efficient! We had our paperwork filled out that was sent to us prior to our appointment. The wait was minimal. ?This provider has the most kind bedside manner! She listens and was so thorough and answered questions. Even my teenager said afterwards, that she was the first provider to ever make consistent eye contact with her while listening and explaining treatment. She and her assistants were all so kind, they made my anxious teen feel at ease right away!

These days finding a competent, amiable, trustworthy M,D. is extremely difficult, let alone finding one with a friendly, competent office staff. You can understand when I say my finding DrLaurel Lane and her staff was like finding the Holy Grail. Dr Lane’s manner was open and without self-aggrandizement. She treated me as an important patient. listened, and she gave trustworthy medical attention and diagnoses. I highly recommend her and her staff without reservation.

Laurel Lan PA-C was phenomenal. She was warm, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable! She listened and answered all questions, the nurses were nice and friendly, and the front desk staff were very pleasant. The office was clean, my concerns were addressed and I didn’t feel rushed. Overall experience was exceptional.
Auto-notification reminders were sent via text of the appointment providing clear directions of when to arrive and the information required by the staff upon arrival. The staff were professional, helpful and friendly.
Dr. Semler is a professional listening to the patient concerns and handles those concerns at the time of the appointment. I would recommend Dr. Semler for any concerns you may have.
