From the moment I walked through the door I was judged. Typically when you’re entering an establishment you’re greeted at the door, not this time. I said good morning and in return, I received what’s your last name. I told her and she looked at her computer screen for 5 secs and replied I don’t see an appointment for you. I took a seat, to make sure I didn’t make a mistake and as I already knew, I hadn’t. An older white woman walked in seconds later and was greeted by the same woman behind the desk. I couldn’t believe how friendly and welcoming she was, blew my mind. I immediately left the office, not only would I not come back but I wouldn’t make my Yorkie an appointment.
