Most relevant

Seraphina is the most compassionate therapist I have ever met. She has helped me truly heal and transform so many times and I wouldn't be the person I am today without her as my therapist. She is a master space holder and I feel comfortable sharing just about anything with her, as I never feel judged. She has so many unique perspectives and so much of what she has shared with me I have integrated into my own life. She also helps me to always go deeper, but is aware of how the nervous system and trauma works, so I never feel over-pushed. I have healed so much from my work with her as my therapist and am forever grateful.
