I believe that therapy is a space just for you, so sessions are tailored to you as an individual. I have experience working with adults, adolescents, and children. I specialize in helping clients with a variety of concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem, and life transitions. I use an eclectic approach tailored to your needs. Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. If we decide to work together, we’ll be a team in your therapeutic journey. Communication is key and being open to one another. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.
