I showed up for my appointment and the office was closed. I waited 30 minutes and nothing. No one called to update me or let me know they would be closed. I was scheduled for 2 appointments - myself and my son.

My appointment was booked and confirmed online 3 days prior. When I arrived, my appointment was not confirmed. For some reason, the way you booked online, with their service, it really is not confirmed. Even though I got text confirmation sane day and a day before the appointment. This wasn't told to me when booking online. The office clerk was not sympathetic whatsoever. I had a broken tooth from December 21st. The next emergency appointment she offered was January 10th. I guess they don't need new patients.... it's ashamed you have to go through a heartless front desk clerk to get to the doctor. I wonder how many patients the doctors lose because of this? fortunately, I found another dentist who took me the same day.
