I was able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Akombe immediately (next day) for medication management. She was friendly, easy to talk to and relatable from the beginning. During our first appointment, she outlined a plan that worked for me. I felt like she truly had my best interests in mind when advising on medications/treatments and explained things clearly. I was able to schedule a follow-up visit with her for several days later. She provided me with her cell phone number to contact her directly with any questions or concerns I had so she definitely makes herself available. I look forward to working with Dr. Akombe on all my psychiatric needs.
