I had an amazing experience at this doctor’s office during my DOT physical. From the moment I walked in, the office staff made everything smooth, welcoming, and efficient. They were friendly, organized, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
Dr. Melville is absolutely incredible. Not only is she knowledgeable and professional, but she takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. Her approach is thorough yet personable, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients.
If you’re looking for a place that combines excellent service, professionalism, and a staff that treats you with respect from start to finish, this is it. Highly recommend!

I had a very quick and pleasant visit to this office. I submitted all the paperwork electronically a few days before my appointment. I didn’t see the doctor. The nurse was knowledgeable about my condition and recommended the proper medications quickly. I really appreciate her help! Will go again.

As someone with high anxiety surrounding health concerns and in medical settings, I could not have had a better experience or felt more comfortable.
Dr. Melville advocated for me prior to my appointment by directly communicating with my insurance company when they were providing me with inconsistent information concerning my coverage. She was able to resolved the issue with them before my appointment.
Once I arrived to my appointment she was incredibly kind, professional, and patient with my anxiety. I feel lucky to have found such an awesome PCP and Serenity Healthcare.
10/10 recommend.

appointment was rushed, doctor hadn’t even read my file or aware of my medical history prior to exam, did not want to hear my questions or ask me standard questions i’ve been asked in the past. i left the appointment in tears, confused, scared, and feeling gaslit.

The appointment was quick and easy. The Dr was very nice, which made me feel comfortable. The front desk was helpful and very nice. They called me ahead to make sure my paperwork was correct and to see if I would like an earlier appointment than what I booked.

Miss Melville is blessing. I do not enjoy meeting with medical professionals of any kind honestly.
Mainly because of my experiences with them in the past. I often feel rushed and not genuinely listened to.
Miss Melville is the complete opposite. She gave me her undivided attention and made sure to answer all of my questions. Her recommendation for handling my current condition also felt very well thought out and fair.
Her office staff were also very easy to get a long with. I have found my PCP.

The doctor is thorough and accurate, provided quick results when I entered the patient room, and remembered me with ease. The office overall was professional and very helpful however the wait time was not satisfying. My appointment was at 10 am, moved to 10:15 which is completely fine, however I didn't see the doctor until around noon. I believe this is because of the small staff, which is understandable, but inconvenient.
