When we arrived we were not greeted at the door even though there was 3 people in the first room. We said hi to them all and got no response in return. While filling out my paperwork I saw that they did not have malpractice insurance. When they asked me to pee in a cup the bathroom was in worse condition than the rest of the room. There was 4 other cups from previous patients on the counter next to the paper towel and toilet paper (which was not in the roll it should have been in). They also stated I should pee in the cup then write my name on the cup meaning that multiple patients have pee on a cup and then touched that marker. I had to have my partner bring in gloves because it was disturbing. They then were no able to preform an ultrasound on me which was the main reason we booked the appointment because the doctor I booked with wasn’t in the office. Which I feel like should’ve been disclosed before we had to drive an hour and take time off of work to not even been seen by a doctor
Was not seen by the doctor. Was seen by some lady that was dressed in plain clothing. Be very aware of this office. I will not be going back for my followup this off reads RED FLAGS... What Doctor Office doesnt take credit cards. They only take cash or zelle very sketchy. Also the office is full of clutter and very small n full of clutter.

Unprofessional staff. There was no one in the waiting room area to acknowledge my presence so I could check in. And the waiting time was awfully so long that I ended up leaving without being seen despite arriving to the appointment on time. I would not recommend.
The office was very full, unclean, poorly managed, I waited for 30 mins after my appointment just for a student to tell me the doctor had left early and I wouldn’t be seen that she apologized.

I recommended this office to my friends aged 25 to 35 as they provide quick service in a warm and welcoming environment. The male OB/GYN I met with was incredibly understanding and professional.

Arrive to the office and no one was there. I call to see was there any issues no one picked up the phone I set outside the building waited 15 minutes no one ever came. No one ever answered the phone
Verified patient
Great staff , everyone was friendly, but one concern is that I waited for almost an hour to be seen , which I didn’t understand even after my scheduled appointment time they still saw me after 40 minutes had gone by smh . So many women was on the waiting room they over book their office then have you just waiting there it’s ridiculous

My employer's headquarters is in MA but I work remotely from FL, so my insurance shows Blue Shield of MA, but I'm covered in FL. I entered my insurance info on Zocdoc, and in the app it shows that they accept my insurance. When I got to my appointment at 9am, first they were still getting ready for the day and no one talked to me or acknowledged my presence, something like "we'll be right with you" would have gone a long way, but they simply ignored my presence, at some point they even asked me to step outside so they could finish cleaning the floor. So my first advice is, if you offer an appointment at 9am, I expect to at least be greeted at 9am, otherwise don't offer that time slot. At around 9:15am they asked for my insurance card and asked me to complete a form, then they came back saying they don't take out of state insurance, I explained the situation and according to my insurance provider, they should have called them to confirm, but they didn't want to make an effort to help.

The bad reviews are accurate. The manager did try to help which I appreciated but to many things went wrong on my first visit. Just unprofessional

I booked my first appointment through zocdoc. I received an email the next day saying my appt was rescheduled, mind you for 3 weeks in advance. I wasn’t notified so obviously I called in to see what was the reason. The receptionist couldn’t even find my appointment. No record of any type of appointment booking. I advised her I had emails clearly stating the time and day I booked the appointment on Zocdoc. Whatever, she made an another appointment for me and was very nice about it. Now day of my actual appt was crazy. The office is unfortunately way understaffed. I had an appt for 12:30, and actually got called in for my vitals passed 2:30. So yes, I sat in the waiting room for more than two hours. My conversation with the midwife probably took 15 minutes and I left. Though the receptionist, DR and midwife were nice they could definitely do better. The receptionist had to go back and forth answering calls and assisting the midwife. The bathroom wasn’t as sanitary as it should of been.

Awesome and friendly staff, the facility had a homely atmosphere which was nice. If you’re not in a rush this is a good place to go, my appointment took about an hr and a half. Other than that it was a very pleasant experience
Very efficient!

Dr. Christ-Ann was very knowledgeable. Once seen she was very efficient and did not keep me waiting around. Her exam was very thorough and she showed genuine concern for my wellbeing.

The staff was very friendly and polite. The space is small. I was prescribed a medication but not given any paperwork supporting it.

I have visited this office before. Yet, this visit was disappointing. The office location moved and is unfortunately sub-par in appearance and hygiene. The examination room I was seen in did not have a sink - for an OB-GYN practice that is unacceptable! Dr. Magloire is an excellent physician with outstanding experience but her new office and style of practice does not represent these fine attributes. Regrettably, I will not return.
I went to Doctor Magloire as my last resource for a VBA2C. She accepted me even though there was no information of my first pregnancy which back then was 12 years ago and we did not know if I had a special scar or not. Everything was peaches and cream the whole pregnancy (Yes we will make this happen I was told many times) probably because I was always seen by the midwife which I had no problem. When you are going for a VBAC with Dr. Magloire she sets a date for all of her VBAC patients to explain the risks and the things that are needed from our part to make it happen. She tells you, you need a doula so you can labor with her as much as you can in your home and also that you need to pay her a fee for your TOLAC and that covers 4 hours of her time. This is why she wants you to labor at home as much until you are ready. Also she tells you how she won’t induce you or put pitocin on you because that increases the risk of uterine rupture. My water broke at 6am. This is my 3rd baby, but with my first being born premature and having had a c-section 10 years later for the second one I did not know what to expect aside for what I read and heard. I contacted my doula and since I couldn’t feel the baby move for a long time she tells me to go to the hospital. I go to the hospital (Jackson North) and they tell me that I had given positive to streptococcus b so I needed to stay. I was told that Doctor Magloire was at the hospital around 2pm, my Doula couldn’t make it so The Gathering Place sends me a replacement. When Dr. Magloire finally arrives to my room, she asked my Replacement Doula to leave the room. She checks me and tells me that I was still at 3cm and that she could offer me 3 options: 1. Break what’s left of my water and see if I progress. 2. Put me on pitocin and see if I progress. (Keep in mind that she told me that was not an option for a VBAC specially with a suspected special scar) 3. A repeated c-section. And she added this: “Keep in mind that you are being charged by the hour”. She left me and my husband alone and I burst in to tears. I did not mention this before, but I lost my job just when I found out I was pregnant and my husband had all the financial load on his shoulders which was very difficult at the time. The money I used to pay the fee for my VBAC I took from my severance, because I really wanted to make this happen. I had to make the decision of having another c-section because I could not afford to pay her more. They get me prepared. They did not respect my birth plan even though I had specific requests if I were to have a repeated c-section. They made jokes inside the Op room and when she came to see me the next day, she told me as a joke that she had given me a mini tummy tuck and I asked her about my old scar and she said that the uterus is so forgiving that there was no evidence of that scar. I ended up with a 3rd c-section and another scar in my heart because I was denied my right to give birth due to money interests. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone. She took advantage of my situation which is very wrong specially if you are an advocate for VBACs and Natural Birth.
