I cannot recommend Dr. French enough. I’m not one to write reviews, but after countless failed years of different types of therapy and medications that only made things worse, Dr. French helped give me the tools to handle my depression and anxiety. Her bedside manner is fantastic, I always feel heard, and can feel how much she loves to see her patients grow. As a woman who has often felt dismissed while seeking mental help, appointments with Dr. French feel entirely different than any of the dozen-or-so mental health professionals I’ve sought care from before. Although there was a bit of a bump in the road regarding billing with Serenity, it was resolved in a reasonable amount of time, and I would go through it 100x to keep Dr. French as a mental health provider.
