After visiting a doctor who told me that if physical therapy didn’t help, I would have to have shoulder surgery. I still didn’t dare to start treatment until my finger, and then my hand, started to go numb. I decided to try acupuncture with Sofia, after about 5 sessions the numbness went away and the pain in the shoulder began to disappear, Sofia did magic with her needles, E-stim and her cupping therapy, all this finally helped me get back to my old life, where I can work out in the gym, play pickleball and just sleep at night without pain.
