Serenity Soul Pathway Psychiatry
My approach to care is grounded in intention, collaboration, and a genuine effort to understand the full context of what you’re experiencing. As an independent provider, I prioritize quality over quantity, allowing for unhurried, thoughtful appointments rather than high patient volume.
I view mental health through a whole-person lens—recognizing the connection between biological, psychological, and life-context factors. Experiences like anxiety, depression, burnout, executive dysfunction, and periods of transition often have layered contributors. This may include academic or career stress, shifting roles, relationship dynamics, or reproductive and hormonal changes. I take time to explore these patterns with care rather than rushing to label or simplify what is often more complex.
In my work, I remain attentive to how these experiences can overlap. At times, what presents as anxiety, low mood, or overwhelm may also involve underlying ADHD or executive functioning patterns that become more noticeable during periods of increased demand or change. I approach this with curiosity and clinical nuance, without making assumptions or narrowing the focus too quickly.
My work integrates evidence-based medication management with psychotherapy, creating a balanced and individualized approach. The focus is not only on symptom relief, but on developing insight, emotional regulation, and practical strategies that support steadiness and sustainability over time.
Care is collaborative, thoughtfully paced, and responsive to your needs. The space we create together is one where you can slow down, gain clarity, and begin to feel more grounded, supported, and aligned in your day-to-day life.
