From our very first appointment, she was incredibly thoughtful and compassionate. Our intake appointment ran longer than the scheduled window, and she called me after the telesession automatically ended to finish our conversation. That level of care meant a lot to me.
She took the time to understand and helped make the transition feel safe. We quickly built genuine trust and connection, which can be difficult to do over telehealth.

That helps me recognize when they are rising up again, & I’m more able to handle them using the Cognitive Behavioral Therapies that she as taught me.
