My goal as a doctor is to understand what my patient is experiencing and use a natural approach to support their return to wellness. I utilize herbal medicine, osteopathic manipulation (manual body work), and an integrative approach for Natural Health Consults and Integrative Pain Management. True wellness exists when there is a balance in the four realms of health—the mind, body, heart, and spirit. Wellness requires consistently attending to this balance and removing any barriers that might get in its way. My work is in service of others, and I strive for every person I serve to experience dignity, respect, honor, and support to find the wellness they deserve. I look forward to working with you to support your journey to return to and maintain your natural health!

I had an excellent virtual visit w Dr. Katya, who asked great, thorough, detailed questions about my medical hx and took such thoughtful care in listening to my concerns. Her approach to medicine is the perfect osmosis of medically informed and holistic. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for sensible, alternative paths to healing (in my case, it was an intense rash that developed during my postpartum period- she prescribed me a personalized herbal blend and salve, which I’m eager to try when it arrives in the mail next wk!).

Dr. Adachi is an excellent doctor. During the years I have been her patient, she has been very professional and I can say that she is someone who you can trust. As a result, you can feel very comfortable with her. During visits, she listens to your health concerns and she cares about helping you get to good health. In addition, Dr. Adachi is very caring and she gives you a lot of advice so that you can better your health. She is the first doctor I have met who actually cares about the patient’s well-being and she doesn’t force you to take medical treatments you don’t want to take. She makes sure you are aware of all the medical options there are and then she lets you decide what works best for you as the patient. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a provider and I couldn’t ask for a better primary care doctor.

Dr. Adachi is a great and nice doctor. I have been her patient for almost 3 years and she has always been very attentive while caring that I have good health. She is very patient during every visit I have had with her and when I have had questions about my health, she always makes sure that she answers my questions.
